Meet the Team at All Smiles Dental

Michelle Freeman

Michelle joined the All Smiles Dental team in August 2006 and is our wonderful Office Manager. She loves that over time she has been able to have great friendships evolve with our patients and that she is able to connect with patients on a personal level to make treatment and finances easier for them!

Michelle has 2 beautiful daughters, Tessa and Alyssa. She became a Glammy to her sweet granddaughter Ezamae Ray in February 2022. When Michelle is not managing the office, she spends her time as an advocate for the homeless and helps operate Friends Feeding Friends which is a nonprofit organization that helps the homeless and drug addiction community in Clarksburg.

Robin Blosser

Robin Blosser joined the All Smiles Team May 25, 2003 as a Dental Assistant. She loves the family atmosphere and thinks the patients are wonderful. All of her co-workers make it fun to come to work everyday. Outside of the office, Robin loves to cook. She loves to spend time at racetrack with her family watching her step-son race motorcycles. Robin is married with three step children Travis, Kelsie, and TJ.

Glenna Lamm

Glenna Lamm is a Magna Cum Laude graduate of West Virginia and 37 years of experience as a registered dental hygienist. She and her husband Scott, whom have been married for 36 years, are the parents of 3 beautiful daughters. Lindsey, who is a dentist in Charleston, WV. Presley, who is a cardiac intensive care nurse and supervisor at WVU's Ruby hospital. Gracey, who is in her last year of WVU's School of Physical Therapy. In her spare time, she loves spending time with her 3 beautiful grandchildren; Kaylee, Miles, and Berkley.

Ashley Vincent

Ashley Vincent has been part of the All Smiles Dental family since 2017. With years of experience in both front office operations and chairside assisting, she brings a well-rounded understanding of patient care and dental procedures. Known for her attention to detail and warm personality, Ashley is passionate about helping patients feel comfortable and confident in their care. Outside the office, she enjoys spending time with her husband Brandon their kids, Stella and Deacon, fur baby Avery, tending to her chickens, and diving into a good audiobook.

Katelyn Kimball

Katelyn Kimball graduated from WVJC in 2016 where she obtained her certification in Dental Assisting. After graduation she started working at All Smiles Dental as a hygiene assistant where she prides herself in giving the best quality care for our patients during their visit. In her spare time Katelyn likes to go on trips and spend time with her friends and family.

Erica Criss

Erica graduated from WVJC in 2013 as a certified dental assistant. Erica loves the atmosphere here at All Smiles Dental and the compassion that each team member gives to their patients. After work Erica and her husband Devon love spending time with their daughter Aubri. In their spare time they love camping, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.

Samantha Stickley

Samantha has been a dental assistant for over 10 years and has been at All Smiles Dental, working with Dr. Adam Boustany, for the past few. She loves the challenges and the excitement that are involved in the dental field. She likes the passion everyone has at All Smiles to go above and beyond for patients and their needs. She especially enjoys the surgery aspects of dentistry and smile makeovers. Outside of work Samantha, her husband Brandon and their sons, Rhett, Cohen and fur baby Gideon enjoy spending time outside, baking, doing puzzles and building legos.

Morgan Baker

Morgan graduated from WVJC with a Specialized Associates Degree in Dental Assisting in December of 2014. She has been working in the dental field as a Nationally Registered Dental Assistant. Her passion for dentistry shines while making real connections with patients through small talk and making them laugh. She enjoys being along-side her patients ensuring they leave our office feeling confident in their treatment plan and educated on why the treatment is needed and how it will benefit the patient's overall health. When she is not here at All Smiles, she is spending her free time with her wonderful husband, Andrew, their two children, Jebediah & Maddelynn, as well as their dogs, Duke & Ella. She also enjoys hunting, fishing, cruising, gardening, and most importantly; spending time with family!

Gabby Robey

Gabby Robey is a Dental Hygienist here at All Smiles Dental. She graduated from WVU in 2012 and had the honor of receiving the Monongahela Valley Dental Hygienists’ Association Award. Gabby is an animal lover who enjoys spending time on her farm with her husband Erick and 3 children Easton, Camryn, and Kire. Her goal at All Smiles is to help people maintain lifelong oral health while building great patient-provider relationships!
